STAGE 1

We are constantly searching for more A-players to join us at the studio. The first thing we require is a video introduction. Please email us a self-tape introducing yourself and telling us what position you are applying for, how you heard about the role and why you would be a good fit for our team. The video introduction can be done on your smart phone and need not be longer than 2 minutes. If applying for a creative position, please include recent examples of your work.

We aim to respond to all successful video applications within 3 working days.

Client Experience Officer / Office Administrator

Overview

This role is key in overseeing the smooth running of the studio and ensuring a high standard of service is sustained. You will be one of the faces of the studio so confidence and presentation is paramount. The ideal candidate will be personable and productive as well as adaptable in a busy situation. Assigned tasks should be completed quickly and efficiently while making sure clients are being taken care of as best as they possibly can be. We need someone with excellent administrative skills who can remain efficient while multi-tasking between the office and the studio floor.

In this position, you must have great knowledge and understanding of the terms and procedures that should be followed in any given situation. This knowledge is paramount in being able to answer customer enquiries as well as to monitor the client diary and identify potential pitfalls in the absence of management.

When assigned a task you should be able to project manage and work from initiative without leaning on co-workers for support. Problem solving and decisive action is a key skill when conducting your duties.

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch of client images
  • Ensuring orders are sent to production for processing
  • Responding to emails
  • Answering incoming Calls
  • Taking Bookings
  • Confirming Appointments
  • Managing Reviews and responses
  • Identifying potential issues with Booking Agents and reporting to management
  • Assisting management and Chief Experience officer when required
  • Checking diary for special occasions and requests
  •  Greeting clients and showing an excellent level of service in all stages of their session
  • Booking and confirming staff
