Never had a professional photoshoot before? You probably have some questions.​

Most clients are normally unsure about whether they’ll be able to achieve fantastic looking images they can be proud of, especially if they’ve had poor quality images taken before. We’ve had a lot of experience working with a whole range of different clients over the years and know how to put them at ease through communication and guidance to deliver on their goals. We also offer a 100% guarantee so if you don’t like your images, we’ll retake them again for free.

When you book your session, we book a makeup artist, hair stylist, photographer and four hours of studio time. We also prevent anyone else from taking your slot. Your booking fee is just a sign of good faith that you will turn up to your appointment or give us 7 days notice if you wish to change.

Whilst this may seem like a money saver initially, will your friend be offended if you don’t like the images or can’t commit to dates? Do you have the time to organise the location, scour the internet for ideas, teach yourself the best techniques to achieve professional looking images? Statistically this is less likely to help you achieve your goals and can usually be a more expensive option in the long run.

For families we don’t have any real restrictions, just ask that you let us know how many members are coming so we can allocate the right slot (including any pets!). Please note we provide a maximum of four makeovers per booking. Additional makeovers can be discussed with our bookings team.

We’re open for appointments 7 days per week. Our first appointment is at 10am and then on the hour every hour until 4pm. Our office and bookings team are available to take bookings or customer service enquiries Monday to Friday each week between 10am and 6pm.

We normally book quite quickly however, if we have the space available you could even get an appointment with us the same day. Just contact our bookings team to check our availability.

Having been in the industry for over 10 years, we have seen many studios come and go that have unfortunately giving the industry a bad name. Most of our team have been here since the beginning, we care about our clients and our reputation and we have hundred’s of positive testimonials from our clients, many of who rebook with us regularly.

No problem. Just give us seven days notice and we can do this free of charge. Please call the studio or email Customer Services.

We shoot all ages! For those under 18, we require at least one parent to be present for the session.

We aim to finish most sessions in under three hours, however we ask that you allow up to five hours in case of any unforeseen delays. Headshot sessions are normally completed in 1 – 2 hours depending on whether you require make up or not

Absolutely. Just let us know who the session is for and we can either send you a gift card or an online voucher to use.

Yes. We recommend St John’s Church or Haberdasher street for affordable nearby parking during the week. On weekends, you can park on Vestry street free of charge.

Absolutely no problem at all. All bookings can be cancelled within 7 days of the booking being made. The only exception to this is if your appointment is within the next 7 days and we’ve pre-booked staff.

Applicants to our creative team need a minimum of 3 years professional and commercial experience before we consider them for a role at Vanity Studios. Our current team is made up of highly experienced staff, that have been with us for over 5 years. The vast majority work with major brands and TV shows when they aren’t with us at the studio.
