Professional Photography FAQs

We are open 7 days a week and have appointments between the hours of 9.30am and 4.30pm.

Start by getting in touch by filling out our booking form. Our team will find out more about your desires and needs, no matter how simple, and recommend the correct service and package for you.

We will retake your images for free if you are not 100% satisfied. This demonstrates our confidence as a professional photography studio, and dedication to the happiness of our paying clients.

If you need to cancel, you can do so and receive your booking deposit back, so long as you cancel no less than 7 days before your appointment.

If you need to reschedule, you may do so by using your original appointment link if your appointment is more than 7 days away. If it is less than 7 days please call or email us and we will do everything we can to rearrange for a date that suits you. If we are unable to find another time that you can do, you may lose your booking deposit if it is less than 7 days of the original booking date.

We have multiple stories from happy clients who booked in only a couple of days before they needed their photographs. However, to avoid disappointment, we recommend booking as soon as possible. Just give us a call or fill out this booking form to get started!

There are no hidden costs. All our packages are all inclusive of make up, hair styling and a set number of digital images. Additional images are available to purchase after your photoshoot, should you wish. 

We have over 10 years of professional photography experience, so we can adapt to a range of styles depending on your preference. However, the common theme in our photography is that we capture the subject’s personality, and breathe life into still images.

Of course, simply pop in to our studio in Shoreditch and you can meet the staff, get a feel for the studio, and see what we are all about!

Of course. From booking to the final edit, you can have as much or as little direction regarding how you would like your images to look. We have experts on-hand who will give you advice regarding what looks best.

When you book your session, we book a makeup artist, hair stylist, photographer and four hours of studio time. We also prevent anyone else from taking your slot. Your booking fee is just a sign of good faith that you will turn up to your appointment or give us 7 days notice if you wish to change.

We shoot all ages! For those under 18, we require at least one parent to be present for the session.

We aim to finish most sessions in under three hours, however we ask that you allow up to five hours in case of any unforeseen delays. Headshot sessions are normally completed in 1 – 2 hours depending on whether you require make up or not
